I really enjoyed chatting with Ben Beckhart and have just started reading his book. I wanted to share a quote from the introduction as I think it is very relevant to our discussions on Servant Leadership: “I write to the young, aspiring leaders who are hungry to learn genuineness. I write to the would-be leaders who believe that change begins with one’s self. I write to encourage leaders with the willpower to travel the difficult path of what I call “Character Based Leadership”.
