In the most recent episode of the podcast, I talked about how I needed to create a learning ecology to look at the many influences in my life that have helped me desire to become more of a servant leader and also that have helped me learn more about what it means to be a servant leader. This learning ecology is not all inclusive but is a good model of the many factors that have helped me grow along this path of servant leadership.
