Model the Way

Both of our first two guests, Lori Mage and Captain Lushan Hannah, have talked about the importance of modeling the way. Spoiler Alert… Guest number three, April Rice, also mentioned the importance of this. Now I asked each of these guests to be on the podcast because I look up to them as leaders because they model the way. I was reminded of a saying that I often hear Marines utter “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander” so as you spend time investing in yourself this week, think back on two weeks ago where you considered the leadership you model and ponder on how you model the way while investing in yourself to be an even better leadership model!
