Captain Lushan Hannah shared some advice in the most recent podcast episode that he received from one of his mentors “if you don’t intentionally and deliberately include every day, you unintentionally exclude” He also told us we need to “pay it forward and invest in the future” As you go throughout your week think about how you can be more intentional and deliberate about who and what you include while working to pay it forward to invest in the future, those around you, and in yourself!
